Greg has been excellent. I needed to find a personal trainer to help me exercise with health issues (PCOS). I also had a few anxieties when it came to exercise. Greg has been patient and supportive, helping me develop my strength, motivation and general optimism when it comes to my health. I actually look forward to exercise now! I highly recommend Greg as a PT!

genuinely changed my life!!! greg made me feel so much happier in myself. He showed me how to eat well to fuel my body so I get the best from my workouts - as well as that though, he actually made me realise that I shouldn't be scared of food. As a result, I'm so much more confident, less stressed and I haven't felt so happy in myself for so long!! He also helped me plan workouts, helping me to organise my week with both exercise and meal preps and fitting it all in and around work and socialising. Making me realise you can do it all :) overall, through the help of greg and tbh I was able to gain the weight I needed whilst eating proper meals and continuing to exercise a normal amount to be a much healthier, happier person. couldn't recommend tbh enough
