I had my first Reiki session with Helen this week and what an amazing experience. Helen is so kind and made me feel relaxed straight away. Thank you for explaining how Reiki works and the areas that you'd focus on, which I definitely did feel. The peace and tranquility that I felt was exactly what I needed and continued for the rest of the day. Thank you again Helen for your kindness. I will be back again soon. xx

Ive just had my first Reki session with Helen. Well what can I say what a wonderful lady she said all Reki sessions are different every time. My first one today was very enlightening cant wait for the next one, which I will be booking very soon. Thank you Helen for seeing myself and my wife so soon.

It's ace, Maggie has been my personal trainer for a year (where did all the time go!) And I feel hugely better, much fitter, more energy, and its such a lovely community of people

Ruth's baby massage class at Spark Fitness is just lovely. Ruth is welcoming and teaches her class in a easy to follow way and is very accommodating of sleeping/feeding/grumpy/cheeky babies! Definitely recommend this class both for baby's benefit and for mums to meet other mums.
