I have to call multiple times throughout the day to get things actioned. Payments each week have to be chased up by myself leaving myself with our during a cost of living crisis. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Calling up each week with a new problem has caused unnecessary stress. Payments are as and when providing no Security and are often processed incorrectly.

Worst company ever, l would advice not to use this company. They will rob you off your earnings indirectly. They charge too much, on top of taxes. Day light robbery, they dont deserves that star

Just your typical scam artists when it comes to umbrella companies. Even there online wages calculator shows it. Put in 16.50 x 40 hrs per week and it says 514.72. When it should really be 660. Your payments calculator says my wage would be 427.59 net pay but in legal reality the wage should be 521. How on earth these Umbrella scams get away with ripping off both HMRc and the workers I do not know. Dealt with a few before and there all the same, dodged a bullet realising this.

I cant give less then 1 star. Recently always on late for payment and had it only after many many calls.
