        Last year for ramadan it was much more organised, this year for ramadan it was very disorganised and cutting back costs (no complimentary dates for example) and then having to wait on top for your food despite coming early before iftar time. Manager asked about reservations yet others stated that it is walk in only on the phone. Food is actually pretty nice, chicken pakora and biryani is pleasant even if slightly oily. It is seasoned well. I have had the glasses smell unclean before so I refused to drink out of it as a result and sometimes waiters are not very attentive which they should be at iftar time especially. I generally have a pleasant time eating here and enjoy the food. Only other complaint/feedback would be that the meat does taste a bit old sometimes in the main dishes.
