        Very satisfied with the experience received to get new glasses for myself and first ones for my daughter. Really appreciate the service received. Everyone kind and professional. Especially the tall and slim guy who visited my daughter who had patience regarding the eye drops for my daughter and also Fari who entertained her wonderfully while I was choosing my glasses.

        Poor service. Even after giving feedback online there is no response. They could not provide the reports by email. Then i had to visit twice just to get that report, that one piece of paper was so difficult for them to provide. They referred me to doctor but gave some random phone number on the referral form. Hospital will be calling someone else to book an appointment. Really pathetic service. Update: Ive emailed twice already as requested on the email address provided. No response. Its been 3 months since first mail. Just amazing.

        Excellent staff and great service. Popped in for an eye test as I'd not had one since I was 16, and I'm now mid-40s and noticed reading is becoming a bit harder these days. Had a very comprehensive eye test that took about an hour, and turns out I now need reading specs. Given I've never worn spectacles before, staff were excellent at helping me choose a pair of frames I really loved and explaining all the different options for lenses etc. 5 days later, my new spectacles were ready - went in to pick them up and again staff made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy. A week later, I can honestly say that my new specs have been life changing as I can really enjoy reading again without straining or headaches. Overall, an excellent experience with Specsavers Harpurhey for testing, sales and aftercare - and I'd recommend them for anyone else like me who feels their vision is starting to change as they get a bit older!
