        I've been trying calling the optician for the past week and nobody ever answer the phone . I was told my glasses would have been ready in 10 days, i find myself 4 weeks later and no glasses. You would think the staff would give you a call to INFORM you about the delay, but NO . VERY DISAPPOINTING !

        It was very bad experience in Boots opticians Manchester Market St and the staff were helpless (especially most workers who wear blue-navy uniform), also there is a sense of racism.
