I wouldn't recommend getting an eye test here. I had an eye test done and was told I needed glasses. I brought glasses under the prescription that was given to me. I worn my glasses for a while and nothing looks flat the way it should, just angled. I went back in told them this I was told to given them 2 weeks otherwise I would have to book another eye test. It has been months on end and still the same. I think they are telling you glasses needed so can buy from them and probably charge for further retest etc. I will book an eye test somewhere else.

Great experience until I went to pick up my glasses. Entered the store and was told to take a seat, Hayley the optician was fixing a pair of glasses for another customer. Once she had done that, she then walked off and began to serve 4 different customers who came in after me. I had to ask another member of staff if I could just get my glasses and leave, after being sat there for 15mins while Hayley is still seeing to other customers. Poor customer service received and my glasses are smeared.
