Shouldve gone to Arrowsmiths! Ive taken my pensioner relative to the major chains for years - where weve been rushed in, rushed out and accepted this as the way things are done. I switched my relative to Arrowsmiths two years ago and she and I couldnt be happier - we should have moved years ago. Aaliyah is an asset to the team and is wonderful with my relative. Joe is a true gentleman, has the patience of a saint and has a wonderful sense of humor to put the patient at ease. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days and at Arrowsmiths the whole team are great.

Myself and my wife had our first eye tests at Arrowsmiths yesterday after years at high street chain opticians, The appointments at Arrowsmiths were a revelation, So thorough, so detailed, everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble. When it came time to choose some new glasses, there was no high pressure sales push just good friendly advice when you needed it, the staff were so, so friendly and professional. This opticians is an example of customer service that is done right. Would I recommend Arrowsmiths to others, most definitely.

Excellent service, Joe was extremely patient and kind as was the staff. The eye examination was thorough and Joe was very reassuring in his manner and professionalism. I would certainly recommend his optician practice to anyone needing an eye test.
