        Been going for years the optician is such a nice man And I get on so well with the woman that normally at reception. But today I want to pick up my glasses 21/12 in afternoon I've never seen this reception before But she had such an attitude with me I couldn't wait to get out she Made me feel very uncomfortable

        Came in with my gran earlier today for a routine eye test. So impressed with all the staff. Ian is fantastic and can't do enough for his patients. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.

        My dad had an eye appointment with Ian today. I would of given 5 stars but for the receptionist who I feel was rude she didn't speak to my dad once in all the time he was waiting. I know a lot of older people use Gents and it would be good for the reception staff to remember that they could be the only people to talk to them that day?
