The worst experience ever, Rude staff.

This is the worst nursery ever the staff in charge are awfully rude and after I left my sister there for just half a day she came back home literally starving she was asking me for food as soon as we left the nursery, she also had dirt on her face (we provided them with wipes) and they still didnt clean her up also we provided a change of clothes but she came back with food on her clothes and they didnt even change for her. You literally pay them for nothing all they do is just watch the children.

Had the worst experience with this place Stay clear my non verbal toodler 2 year old attended here for not even 2 weeks they took an advance payment of 250 and when I asked for it back after they suspended his place for 6 months they didn't refund even tho he didn't do payed hours as he got his 15 hours?? The manager called my toodler spolit as he was very clingy and upset at the start and was taking extra time to adapt they didn't give him a chance and suspended his place for 6 months!!!! ....I never sent him back and practically got robbed!! My son is still non verbal and goes to an amazing nursery that actually gave him a chance and got to know him....All I can say is as a new mum be careful where you send your babies we choose this one as it had a big garden and that's what he likes.

They gave us certain prices then after we registered our daughter they asked for a higher price. We asked for invoices and they took a whole month to email them to us.
