Brighter Beginnings Fallowfield

My son has been at this nursery for almost a year and we have been continually impressed my the commitment of the staff to our child's development and wellbeing. The evening handover never feels rushed and the staff always take the time to tell you all about the day they have had so you are kept fully informed. My child has a great bond with his key worker and other members of the team and loves his days at nursery. The nursery setting itself is lovely. Bright, spacious, with great outdoor spaces, including the lovely forest school area that was finished this year. I highly recommend!

Incompetent. Clueless. Terrible staffs and service. Especially the receptionist Candice, shes out of touch with reality. Makes up loads of lies and then accuses people of being rude when her lies run out.

Brighter Beginnings Fallowfield is a great nursery. I almost didn't notice it at first, tucked away behind Wilbraham Primary school. My elder child went to a different nursery and Brighter Beginnings is so much happier, accommodating and laid back. Their sickness policy is in line with NHS guideline, meaning that children are not sent home for minor ailments (in my elder child's nursery I was expected to collect him immediately if he was given calpol) and communication with parents about child progress is excellent. On pick-up detailed information is given about the food they've eaten and how much, and the times of nappy changes and naps. My daughter Lyra is so happy there. She has attended since 10months and now at two is has great social skills. She loves all of the workers and reels off their names as we are walking to nursery, excited that she is about to see them. They supported her through potty training and know her well as a person. The children all recognise each other's parents, and when I am collecting my daughter, her little friends shout "Why-wa! Why-wa! Your mummy!" As a teacher, the fact that they have term-time only contracts is a life-saver.

My son is very happy at this nursery. Great staff, great facilities and a lovely bunch of kids to play with. The outdoor area in particular is exceptional, lots of imaginative things for them to play with.
