Park View Day Nursery

Our 3rd week at the Nursery since its re-launch. Was so worried before starting as our little one is under 2 but the staff have been amazing and helped settle our child in with ease. On the days when our little one has been a little upset with us leaving, the staff have gone out of their way to send us updates with pictures to show us as soon as they have settled and got on with playing. Our child was very stand off with people before but just in the 3 weeks they have been going, they are now friendly towards new people and have developed so many new social skills. This is a full re-boot right the way through the Nursery from equipment to staff. There is a full, brand new Management Team and full, brand new team of staff. We have also met the owner who was very open and honest with us. Love the direction this little Nursery is heading and there is no greater recommendation than the fact we entrusted this nursery to care for our precious little one.

Our son has settled in amazingly well thanks to the wonderful caring staff and the beautiful surroundings offered by this nursery. We were always very satisfied with our previous nursery but unfortunately had to look for new provision when they were unable to offer us the additional days we required - any worries we had quickly diminished the minute we set foot inside Park View. It was almost as if our son had always come here - he's never looked back and neither have we. The staff work closely with parents and really get to know the children well in a very short time. The previous Ofsted reports etc are not reflective of how the nursery operates today - the new management team and group of staff really are fantastic.
