A ZERO would be more accurate...I went into the shop on Thursday this week for a repair and a colour change I believe the woman's name who did my nails was call Anna.. ONE of my nail started to lift so I went into the their nail shop to fix it... Anna's idea of fixing my nail was just to put super glue underneath and then file down to the top of my nail.. well today is Saturday (3 days later) and that same nail has now lifted again so she didn't actually fix it like I asked her to she just patched it up and to make matters worse she charged me 25 for a service that literally took her about 15 minutes if that to do a job that wasn't even done properly what a joke DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PLEASING CUSTOMERS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! She was also so unprofessional there was a young man in the shop doing someone else's nails on the other side of the room I think he was either an apprentice or fairly new at the job and she started complaining to me about how long he was taking him to do 1 person's nails... her exact words were I have done 4 nails in the time he's taken to do 1.

OVERCHARGING Be careful of what you get charged - they appear to be fleecing youngsters . My daughter and friend had exactely the same as another lady who was charged 30. The pricing board even stated 30, yet the girls were charged 40 each and this was despite pointing out it was priced at 30. Very poor Service: Manicure

DO NOT COME HERE. First time getting shellac nails done there and they chipped the next day - not to mention it was the owner of the salon that did them for me and was on FaceTime the whole time to a friend as she was doing my nails. I could tell she was rushing as there was a lack of care and attention paid towards my nails as she was doing them - hence why they chipped the next day. I called up the next to day to rearrange to come in to redo my nails in which the owner had agreed to. After just 4 days, I returned to the salon. Not one staff member approached me until I did and I told them what happened but they said I had to call the owner again. Once I called the owner, she said it was too late for me to get them fixed and that if I wanted them done I would have to pay the full price again. I asked for either a refund or for her to do them again for free but instead the owner replied "I don't know whats wrong with your nails but I have owned this salon for 14 years and I know what I'm doing." Shellac nails are meant to last between 2-3 weeks and for them to chip in less than a day or a week is appalling - Ive never received such shocking service like that from any nail salon Ive ever been to. Money and time down the drain. Never again.
