Disgusting service cant fix it Im in so much pain only 1 week after free set

The nails were beautiful.The only fault was price.I think 49pounds for acrylic nails is too much.Secondly the nail technician couldn't manage to glue an artificial nail tip to my nails at all.Several attempts on 3nails.Not sure if it's cheap material or bad glue or my nails weren't filed enough(?)-not sure.

I used to go there and get my nails done by one of the guys and never had a single problem. He was nice chatty and funny as well so the whole process was fun. Today I went there but he was off but i didn't think it would be much of a difference. The girl who did them was quite nice at first but started being a bit rude with time sometimes ignoring what I was saying to her. She rushed my nails made it super painful kept pulling and bending my fingers in an unpleasant way and for some reason the UV lamp was burning my fingers A Lot when I asked her about it she said it was normal and told me to put my hand back in there. It isn't normal UV lamps can be warm but not burn. Her tools weren't cleaned properly and she kept getting pieces of glitter in my nails and had to scratch it off. The final shape wasnt even and my nails are hurting now.

Very bad experience! The worker is so rude and impatient. The worker polished my nails really hard, i told her it's hurt. She didn't say sorry but just said, no its ok! The machine is very very dirty, full of nails crumbs
