Same treatment applied on multiple people and we received different steps. We were told they couldnt finish our treatments (French tips) because they were fully booked. Both our technicians left straight after doing our nails. Charged us roughly 40 each for clean up and polish. No massage, No cuticle care, uneven filing, lumpy gel polish. I have visited Nailista many times for manicures and pedicures but the last time that I visited for a pedicure they pushed my cuticles back so hard and cut them too far back to the extent that I was in pain. They also filed my nails too aggressively and kept catching the surrounding skin. One of my big toes was bleeding and painful for several days afterwards. The women who did the pedicure (I had one for the gel removal and another to do the pedicure) were rushing (presumably since it was a Friday evening) and couldnt wait to get the pedicure done. I left the bar with still a lot of dry skin on my feet as she hadnt spent enough time removing it. I emailed afterwards to inform them about the issues and didnt even get the courtesy of a response. The pedicure was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and given that and the complete lack of response, I will not be returning again. Service: Pedicure
