1st time using Hana's nail shop, I arrived early as I knew they would be busy, had a full set of acrylic nails done, My toe nails and also My daughter had her nails painted, Peter was really friendly and done an excellent job, I also had My eyebrows tinted. I will be coming here from now on. Would highly recommend. Verona

I have been to hanas nails a few times and always made it clear of my desired nail look based on instructions and not had a problem besides them not wanting to correct their faults. Today i was given unacceptable service when i complained that my acrylic nails was raised and lifting after completed and they needed mending. The technician literally rushed my nails and avoided doing the rest of my design after i complained that i wasn't happy. Because the shop was getting busy and it seemed that they just wanted to rush for money they wanted me out of the shop regardless of how disappointed i was and upset, so i would be very mindful of attending for the first time if you want a specific design that you are not sure can get done, and also stick to a specific nail tech as the male that done my nails was obviously not advanced in my requested style that now caused more dissatisfaction and a loss of money.
