The staff is out of order and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor have in mind that they are a service provider and we are paying. The costumer service is nonexistent and when I complain they tried to argue with me. The all time I was there there were having full on conversations (in Chinese) and giggles. They dont put cream on your hands I didnt feel like I was being pampered

Took my mom to do her nails and they looked nice. However, I didnt like the attitude of the guy that works there. Before it was our turn, I noticed he was giving a death stare to one of the clients while he did her nails and toes and I found that very odd at the time. I told myself though that maybe the client said something bad to him. My mom was next and, in one of the instances, he told her to put her hands together so he could compare the nails on both hands but she didnt understand. He proceeded to use a harsh tone with her as if he was talking to one of his kids or friends. I didnt like that at all. Then there was another instance where I caught him giving her a death stare as well, the same way he did to the other client. You would think that people were doing their nails for free or that he was doing volunteer work based on the way this man was behaving. For this reason, I am not coming back. I have no complaints against the other ladies. Service: Manicure
