I sent in my mini-cooper for a clutch and flywheel installation which took only 24hrs, whereas other mechanics said it was a 2 to 4 days job. Saw a used car on Autotrader, I'm down in London, and he's in Stockport....fantastic service and communication, always kept me in the loop, and I came up on the train to take delivery, he came to Stockport station with the vehicle, we took it for a drive, he spent time with me showing me everything, making sure I was happy before we did the deal. Comes across as an honest car dealer, who puts his heart into delivering for his customers in a timely manner. Care presented to me in tip top condition.
