Amazing advice from start to finish, all expertly handled by Ayrton Fielding. In a complicated marketplace, the options were clearly defined making the process simple and efficient. Cannot recommend SPF and it's team highly enough - would give 6 stars if it were allowed!

I was introduced to Chris Holmes of SPF in the midst of the recession where every lender was saying no. Instantly struck by the professional but still personable approach I was offered a number of options within days. I genuinely haven't look back and all my mortgages both personal and BTL are in the safe hands of Chris. I often refer employees to SPF and they all receive the same quality service and solutions that I have had since day one. The simplicity of process reduces the amount of form filling (my pet hate) and the support staff behind Chris and the team are just as courteous and professional (and I can be quite demanding!). I therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SPF going forward.
