I genuinely couldn't recommend CMS enough, my partner and I have spent the last year trying to buy our first house and Matthew & Alison have been a HUGE help. Fantastic service with excellent, prompt communication. They also make it really easy to understand the process and the options available. CMS have done three mortgage apps for me and will definitely continue to use them.

I have received absolutely exceptional service and have had a completely positive experience of obtaining a new mortgage via CMS. I cannot praise highly enough the dedication, professionalism, and level of support that the staff in the Manchester office gave me, specifically Matthew and Alison. They both really went above and beyond to help me. My financial situation was very non standard and presented a fair few challenges. Matthew and Alison worked very hard to fully understand my circumstances and history in order to present a full report to potential lenders, many of whom might well have rejected me otherwise. They encouraged me to keep going, even when the odds seemed against me, and they ended up achieving a fantastic new mortgage for me, which has absolutely turned my situation in life right around. I would (literally) never have been able to achieve this on my own. I am deeply grateful that I found CMS, and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone. Matthew and the team were excellent in guiding me through the mortgage process. I particularly recommend them to first time buyers as they were patient and friendly in answering all of my clueless questions. I am really happy with the mortgage we settled on and always felt as if my needs and preferences were considered throughout the process. I'll definitely be using them again when my fixed term is up.
