Clare has been amazing in helping us purchase our first family home! Nothing has been too much trouble and she made sure we understood what was happening along the way, having poorly children at home, 1 being severely disabled makes day to day life hectic but Clare went the extra mile whenever she could making the whole process as easy and stress free as possible! She is definitely our go to lady for any future mortgages! Would always recommend.

I had initially obtained a formal Mortgage offer via L&C after months of continuous stress and chasing, covid happened which resulted in my offer being withdrawn as the product had been taken off the market by the lender and many others. L&C stated that there were no other options available on the market, 3 months down the drain just like that. My estate agent reassured me Penny would be able to assist. He put me in touch with her and from our initial conversation I instantly felt at ease although conflicted with the large cost without guarantee of another offer. After weighing up my options I took the leap to pay the fee in hope's of not losing out on my first home. Penny and Sophie kept me in the loop at all times and clarified any questions or queries and within a week of submitting my illustration, I had another offer at a better rate than what I had just lost. Even after we had an offer the aftercare and customer service I received from both of them has been beyond exceptional. Even at the very last hour of the exchange & completion Penny and Sophie were very much involved very step of the way. I can't express how grateful I am, as had it not being for them I wouldn't have been able to purchase my first home in this current uncertain climate. Had I known how efficient and effective they would have been I would not have wasted months dealing with L&C. Thank you so much!
