Had iPhone booked in for a battery replacement. Absolutely fantastic service - more personable than the larger Apple stores and faultless work. Would definitely recommend and will use Sync Deansgate again.

My iPad is broken due to something in the charging socket. I was worried the whole night as I will lose my ebook if it cant change any more. Luckily I get an appointment immediately and received warm welcome when I entered the store. The guys are very friendly and helpful. One of the lads brought my iPad downstairs and fix it very quickly. I also leant they have some special offer for iPad in store. It is a very pleasant experience. I wish your business all success and recommend everyone to visit.

This is my second time visiting this store and I would recommend it to anyone. As soon as I walked in, I received a really friendly greeting from the store manager Daniel and after explaining my situation with my MacBook Screen not working properly, he was really helpful and reassuring. Due to it breaking just before the weekend he explained to me that the parts wouldn't arrive till next week. But he then explained to me how I could still use my Mac over the weekend to work on and gave me the best times to come back with it on the Monday so that I could receive it back the following day rather than having to be without all weekend. Really great service here from Daniel who is clearly not only very knowledgeable and reliable, but personable too. Highly recommend this store.
