        Not given a inspection form nor walked around the van prior to leaving (one was emailed but as I was there collecting it that was useless as it did not arrive until after I returned the van. They then tried to pin already existing damages on me! It was only luck that I had a video showing them prior to leaving but cannot upload the video as the form they sent has a limit of 5mb which is smaller than even some of the pics I took of the damage on the van before leaving! Trying to make it difficult to show I'm not at fault all the while happy to try and make me pay (or make someone pay again as I don't know how many people will have been charged for that damage! It was clearly old marks)
