I have rented a flat with Wren for over 7 years, which I have just now left. I can honestly say they have been the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Shoutout in particular to Anthony. Hes been my point of contact at the agency all these years and he has been simply ace. He was approachable, professional, polite and always quick to reply whenever I needed anything. Similarly, whenever something broke, they always had someone sorting it the next day or two. They were also respectful of my privacy throughout the whole tenancy. Las but not least, I got my full deposit back, with no hassle at all.

I am getting the keys to the flat that I will be renting through Wren today and I'd just like to acknowledge how smooth the process has been. Anthony and Hollie have taken care of every single detail in a timely and professional manner -from organising the viewing to getting the keys- and have always been available to answer my (many) questions very promptly. I definitely recommend Wren Properties' services, as they certainly deliver a high quality assistance.

The team at Wren have ran a seamless process for us to secure the apartment we wanted. Anthony, who showed us around the flat on short notice was extremely knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy, allowing us to come to a decision ourselves and answering any questions we had. From then, Hollie has kept us in the loop with everything going on, even dropping an email to nudge guarantors and references. Highly recommend the team here - Thanks for all the help and cannot wait to move in.
