Wolf and Zephyr

Id never heard of Wolf &Gypsy til I came across them looking for a turquoise stone present for my nan nans 80th. Their choice of items, jewellery etc on their website is unreal. And you definitely can't grumble at the prices. Upon ordering the gift I realised when I inputted my bank info it automatically replaced my nan nans address with my own. Luckily I emailed them right away with my order number and the address needed and this was sorted in an instant. I also asked for the invoice to be removed as it was a gift. They also asked if I would like a little note putting with the gift which was a lovely thought and touch. I was extremely happy with the website ease of use and access, items available, prices and customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer, be if for gifts or to treat myself. Companies like this really deserve the recognition! Thank you so much for a lovely experience from shopping right through to delivery!

Very unsatisfactory shopping experience! Their cuff bangle was so small only suitable for a child or teenager. I have a standard 7 inch wrist but it would not go anywhere near my hand even though it is an ever open design without a clasp and a gap would always be there when worn and therefore it should just slip on at the opening. It won't go anywhere over the hand, if forced (but not even possible) it would rip the skin, it's unwearable and at nearly 100 very overpriced! They have other reviews saying exactly the same regarding the size, but they refused to acknowledge that there is a problem with this item if a normal sized adult wants to wear it. I had to pay an expensive insured for jewelry only return service myself in case it went astray. Various calls and emails later they are still in denial. In future I will shop with other jewelry companies who should there be a problem handle unsatisfactory items in a manner that encourages you to order from them again. My first purchase from Wolf and Zephyr and frankly my last. Too much hassle!!

Wolf & Gypsy jewellery is designed and made to perfection. Every piece is stunning and theres always a story behind it. I have a lot of their pieces and I wear them everyday. I always get so many compliments about them too!
