Front bumper had been damaged in a car park. It had bene popped off the front of the car. One garage quoted 2500 for a new bumper. Now,I was driving by, and just on the off-chance pulled in. One of the team threw it up on a ramp and 5 minutes later I'm booked in for a couple of hours of heat gunning, bending and sticking and screwing. 2 hours later, and saving 2400, bumper is fixed including some old damage I didn't know about, and cars had a clean! Simple. No nonsense good service. What more can you ask for? Service: Body & Trim

I used Sapphire Garage when I needed repairs to my car following a collision. They really made the process straightforward and easy and I was provided with a courtesy car whilst the repairs were done. My car was repaired quickly and I was really happy with the workmanship and result.

Took car in for assessment and was informed when the car would be required in for repair. Very efficient service. Car went in and was given courtesy car (this was their only downfall!) Skoda Fabia, extremely uncomfortable as I travel all over the country! I understand that these are their only courtesy cars, but if I had known this I would have arranged my own car! Regardless of this the repair was excellent and I am very pleased with the result. Service: Body & Trim
