Brought my wifes engagement ring here after 3 diamonds had fallen out. Had previously taken it back to the retailer that Id purchased it from 12 years ago (for the third time) and they were unable to help. Alex looked at it, talked me through some of the issues and said he would give it a clean so he could have a closer look. He called me back a few days later with the good news that he was able to replace the diamonds, resize and repair. My wife is delighted that it is now as good as new and fits perfectly. Very honest and reliable with great service

Great service from Wilbrahams, I had a piece of jewellery of great sentimental value that I no longer wore, I asked their advice on redesigning it into a pendant which they did beautifully, I'm now very happy to wear it. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

Me and my now-husband bought our wedding rings from Wilbrahams earlier this year. Everything was explained clearly and they worked with us to find rings we were both happy with. Thrilled to finally be wearing our shiny bands! Top service, friendly folk, great product range.
