Incredible service from start to finish! I walked out of Vision Express after being hounded to purchase a pair of frames that I wasn't too keen on. Horrible pushy experience..... which led me to Jones and Co. on King Street. I made my styling appointment and spoke to a lovely lady that talked me through the process and what to expect on the day. My optician Mark was amazing at picking out elements of my personality to match a range of frames that would look great on me. Each set of frames was truly unique and had the potential to match my style, but in the end we settled on the Theo eyewear you can see in my photo. Needless to say, I LOVE THEM! I wear them all the time now. I've had wonderful feedback and compliments on them. Mark and the wider team at Jones and Co. have been amazing, and I will be returning for another pair in the not too distant future. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a pair of frames that shows off their personality!

The team at Jones and Co are really brilliant at what they do. They helped me pick a pair of glasses that were so unlike every pair I have had before, in the best possible way. I was made to feel really comfortable and looked after during my consultation as well. The frames are great quality, look really stylish, and Im sure I will cherish them for years to come. If you are looking for great service and high quality frames, Jones and Co is unmatched.

Have been a client of Jones and Co for at least 15 years and have had numerous pairs of high end glasses over the years. The service is very personal in a boutique and very friendly style no matter who you deal with there. The after service is second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough
