        Currently a RWIA tenant, so far the landlords have been quick to resolve the few issues we have had at the start. Lovely team and good student agency.

        You hear many horror stories of lacklustre student letting agents in Manchester but this REALLY isnt the case with House. I was an RWIA tenant last year (2021-2022) and honestly cannot fault it. Not only was our house in better condition and more stylish than my friends but the appliances were more up to date and efficient. Whenever we had a query or a problem our emails were diligently responded to and the problem was often fixed within 24 hours. The team is very friendly and approachable, we always felt help was never far away should need it. My only complaint is that they dont let more properties!

        I was an RWIA tenant last year (my second year uni house) and couldn't fault House Manchester - especially Amy who looked after us and our house! The house was spotless when we moved in and I really appreciated that we all had matching furniture regardless of room size. Any time there were any maintenance issues someone would come that day to resolve them which was great and contact with House was direct and accessible throughout my entire tenancy. Overall I would highly recommend!

        I am a RWIA tenant and they have been very helpful and communicative with any problems I face. We have replaced our dryer and have never had any issues with plumbers coming to fix our heating. Would recommend.
