        Karen has been a wonderful life couch for over a year now. Shes patient and empathetic and is able to articulate my thoughts back at me with a fresh perspective and lots of wisdom. She has a gentle demeanour to challenge and better oneself without judgement but compassion. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a professional couch/therapist.
