Teresa fitted me in at very short notice and worked wonders manipulating my upper back, shoulder and neck to relieve pain and movement issues. Thorough assessment pre treatment and great follow up exercises to prevent recurring incidents. Would highly recommend!

Teresa is very skilled, professional and has helped me for the past 2 years with my calf/tendons/plantar fascia, on-and-off, injuries. I'm a runner and always go back to see Teresa if I've got any issues. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Teresa and her team. Very professional and all round lovely people. Sorted out my foolish self inflicted injuries in good time for a cycling sportive several years back and I recently returned with my son to fix him up too. I continually recommend Withington Physiotherapy to any of our friends and I duly do so here too to anyone that may read this.

I have struggled with back pain and sciatica for a long time. Teresa Barrett has been treating it with a combination of physio and acupuncture since November '21 and for the first time in two years I have been pain free! and the impact of that is unbelievable. I can finally sleep, and for the most part feel comfortable, while I realise I have a way to go, I feel so much better and am feeling optimistic for the future. I would highly recommend Teresa and can't thank her enough.

Teresa was amazing at assessing and treating my lower back pain. I visited Teresa's studio following recommendations from friends. She did a thorough assessment, offered plenty of reassurance around it being a mechanical issue and gave a deep massage which had a brilliant effect in reducing the pain. She then advised suitable stretches which have certainly helped. I have visited Teresa twice more due to continued tightness in my back and on each occasion she has been excellent and efficient at assessing the issue and treating me. Her reassurance in terms of maintaining activity, using pain killers if required and genuine desire to help me feel better have been other important factors in her approach. I will and have already spoken highly of Teresa's service to friends and family and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone in need of physio. Thank you so much Teresa!
