RGS came to do a quote on 15.11.22. for railings and a gate.The quote was reasonable and the work was scheduled to be done before Xmas. After a lot of chasing up I was told RGS couldnt do the work until Jan 2023. Jan came and I had to chase up RGS again, with the end of Jan being agreed. Didnt hear a thing at the end of Jan and got sick of chasing the job up. Left a neg review at the end of Feb as I felt really disappointed and let down. Then received a message from RGS on 1.4.23 saying that hed presumed Id cancelled the job after the neg review in Feb, even though I left the review a whole month after when the job was supposed to be completed!! Then he went on to say my neg review was harming his business (I always thought the point of reviews were to give an honest account of things). Lastly he said he had bought the materials and would have done it months ago if hed known (why he didnt get in touch then is a mystery??). Offered RGS the opportunity to do the work in return for removing the review, as I like to be fair with people. Didnt hear a dickie bird!!

Another excellent job by Reg! Top quality composite double gates fitted. Excellent craftsmanship and I am delighted with them. I have always found Reg to be highly professional and polite. He also fitted my side gate and I have just ordered my front gate from him. There is usually a bit of a wait because he is always very busy, but rather that than have a job rushed through. I can highly recommend this business.

Wow! We had two handrails designed, made and fitted by RGS and we are so glad we did. Reg is a great guy, a perfectionist and proud of his work and so he should be. He gave us great advice as to what would be best due to the handrails being either side of steps. The job was that good, our neighbours have enquired about having theirs done. No wonder you're extremely busy Reg. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Reg came to repair garden gate which turned into a bit of a nightmare for him! His work is first class - true professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his work. Thank you Reg!

Reg has designed and fitted a beautiful handrail and banister for my steps. Not only do they look fabulous with their copper highlights but they are sturdy and give me confidence to use the steps. Thank you Reg. Brilliant job. Highly recommended.
