I've used Fractory now for a number of projects. I have to say, I've never had a bad service from them. My "handler" has always been very helpful too. Sometimes I feel that perhaps the "setup" costs are a little high, especially if you have lots of little components to cut out. Which is why I now tend to "stick" them all together like an "AirFix" kit. So instead of having to setup and cut out lots of little bits, they just have to cut out one single piece. Then it's just a case of cutting the parts out when I get them. Will certainly continue to use them for future projects!!
