Aycen Mercedes Specialist Manchester

Excellent experience recently using Aycen Mercedes Specialist in Gorton. From the initial detailed quote from Alex Timmins to the full service undertaken. I received a printed hard-copy of the digital service record for my A Class Mercedes on completion along with aftercare advice - one of the tyres was at the end of its life (this was good info to know as the cars MOT is due the following month). Plus I saved a large sum of money by using Aycen instead of going to a Mercedes dealership for the same service! Aycen are therefore highly Recommended!

Lady who answered phone was extremely unhelpful and negative, she then tells me she will speak to a mechanic and someone will call me back shortly, a week later and no one did, horrible

Really happy with everything about this company. Manufacturer service of my CLS. Great price, even collected and delivered my car. Came back washed a vacced as well. Why bother with a main dealer when theres a business like this in Manchester. Pam on the phone was great and amazingly easy to deal with.
