Absolutely intense massage. Really did what was needed - I got a super deep tissue massage and Ive never felt so relaxed from such a painful experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone with extreme knots.

I was really struggling with tension headaches and other strange symptoms for over two years. Katharia got the the root of my problem within ten miinutes and came up with an effective recovery programme. Finally my symptoms started to ease. I'm so glad I gave it a try and can't thank Katharina enough for her expertise as well as her friendly and personal approach. The exercises really worked.

Every visit is painful and every visit leaves me feeling so much better after. I've struggled to get continuity of the same masseur which was annoying after they made it such a big deal, but worked out fine for me.

Dr Kaloudis was really helpful and knowledgeable that help ease my neck pain greatly in two sessions with exercise and massage.
