Really lovely place. They have classes for adults and children and are so flexible and understanding with lessons. Really nice atmosphere for children.

Joined a month ago and every single class I have attended has been amazing. All the instructors are great, helpful and they really want people to succeed which makes the experience so much better because you can see they actually care about the students. It's also great that there is no age limit so just bring a positive attitude and you will have a great time while also learning self defence and become more physically fit. The place is extremely clean and it has an area for parents to sit and watch the class which is a great extra. To top it all off Mr Nelson has the most amazing sense of humour so if you don't get a six pack from all the crunches you will definitely do from all the laughs

When I went to this place it was amazing, I don't go anymore as I shifted but the place was amazing. It was very clean the instructors are awesome, its well equipped. I loved it there, you should check it out.
