I joined factory a couple of months ago and it has been best decision yet in my uni career. The coaching is amazing and everybody down there is super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough :)

Ive been training here for a few years now and this martial art - but specifically this gym has helped me change my lifestyle and improve my mindset and physical fitnessits been a humbling and empowering journey and so its clear Im completely biased! :) But I say this because the atmosphere, learning environment and vibes are excellent. Adam is a gentleman and his team have always made me feel at home since day one. Ive made great friends here, have trusted my kid to train here in safe hands, trained to win and lose comps, been in the cryo tank and done yoga, been completely murked on the mats, and always wanted to come back and learn more. I cant recommend Factory enough.

Deciding to start BJJ in your 50's is probably not for the faint hearted but right from day one I was impressed with the welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere which allayed any concerns I might have had. The teaching is top notch and enjoyable from Adam and the other coaching staff too. Adam is always very approachable and willing to spend time to explain something or answer any questions I might have. I think BJJ is insanely good for you, both physically and mentally, and its been a fantastic experience for me. So, if youre knocking on a bit and want to try a more fun and interesting way of keeping fit and staying young, I can think on no better place or accepting environment than Factory BJJ.
