    Very poor management and ignores customers emails. I've asked them to cancel the renewal of the contract multiple times over email and they just ignore you. For years they have charged for a service we don't use and account manager has not contacted us in years.

    I have been working with PHMG since Nov 2021. I have always found Alastair extremely helpful and friendly to work with. From the initial meeting PHGM understood our company requirements and that we wanted a friendly/homely feel to our on-hold audio. They created exactly what we wanted and encaptured our brand and message with the music and voice overs used. Any updates are dealt with quickly and efficiently and they often give us extra ideas to add to our message.

    Initially sounded like a good proposition for the company but the system never really worked satisfactorily. This may have been due to conflict with the Avaya phone system. We did however persevere and have paid in the region of 10,000 to PHMG. We recently moved the phones to a cloud based system provided by BT Business which includes a similar service but more user friendly than the PHMG. I then notified PHMG that due to the upgrade, I wished to terminate the contract. PHMG then very kindly informed me that it is a rolling contract and to cancel it I have to pay about 1000. While there are many glowing reviews and the staff are helpful, we were never really satisfied with the product and now totally gobsmacked at having to pay for a service we no longer need. I will be seeking legal advice but as a Military Charity, I certainly do not wish to give any more money to PHMG where it is much better used to support our Servicemen and Women. Please be aware that if you sign a contract with PHMG, the termination and cancellation conditions are ambiguous to say the least!!!!!!
