Your face needs to fit the company, if not you will get pushed aside very easily. Management is all over the place and theres too much favouritism. Money is all this company cares about and image. Glad to be gone.

Harry is an excellent BDM at Bristow & Hardy and has always been a pleasure to speak with. Harry has excellent knowledge of marketing in recruitment and recruitment overall and whenever we have spoken he has always taken the time to listen to the challenges my business currently faces and offered solutions. Harry has always managed my expectations accordingly and has always been clear about what results I can expect with different approaches to marketing. Harry is a great BDM because he does things the right way. He knows it takes time to build rapport/understanding and he takes the long-term approach focusing on relationships not sales. Harry knows his stuff but isn't full of bold claims he can't back up and was clear about results and how long we would need to think about investing for. Topped off he's great company and still speaks to me "post-sale" in a way a lot of BDMs don't. If you want great customer service and some no-nonsense advice then contact him.

I've been working with Sam and George for a year, and I have to say that these guys have done a fantastic job! With their background in recruitment, they have been the perfect partners in helping me grow my social media presence.
