Excellent overall service. I used PepperLabs to support me with lead generation for the legal services sector. I found the team to be very professional and I would use their services again. Nik had a great balance of being technical and creative at the same time with the added bonus of having a marketing background. Overall really happy with his services. I am the CEO and founder of a family run law practice in the heart of Manchester. I approached Pepper Labs because I needed support with getting my website ranked for my Brand, sounds easy but the team helped me sort out all the basics like Google Local Listings and sort out my social media marketing as I didnt have a clue. Im excellent with law but quite poor with marketing but was told by a close friend that I should try them out (Im very happy I did as I was sceptical at first). I can not recommend Nik (Digital Director) highly enough he was the master when it came to digital strategy and tactical planning, Nik is really forward thinking and helped me boost my brand and sales for my legal practice which I cant thank him enough. Pepper Labs were wonderful from start to finish, due to COVID-19 I had to stop all the paid advertising support they were managing but prior to March 2020 they brought in some fantastic leads for my practice so I was just over the moon and I hope once things get back to some normality with this COVID-19 stuff I will be knocking on Niks doors again.

During COVID-19 we needed help with our Marketing and we reached out to PepperLabs who really helped us through these difficult times. We are thankful for their continued efforts as they have helped us survive and with their creative help with are able to stay afloat. Their digital marketing knowledge is second to none and their social media experience is exceptional.
