Staff including managers and supervisors dont really respect you at all. They shout and swear and when you complain, nothing is done about it which left me feeling unsafe at this work. Spoke to HR and they also did nothing so I would not recommend working here at all. Absolute lack of respect in this work, constant uneducated behaviour and discrimination.

It is a job where there are no basic human rights. Going to the toilet is done only with the approval of a superior, a lot of dirt, dampness, shared shoes even during the covid pandemic. Managers and team leaders without respect for employees, very low salary and you don't always work if you're at the agency. There are no parking spaces, the canteen is very small and the breaks are very short. Discrimination is the company's images.

Mach recruitment (agency) for iceland s!cks big time, u come for work and they send you back saying no work! Agency is not capable with dealing day to day scheduling of staff, they put you in roaster and later say no work! People dont join here waste of time
