Did not receive the boxes even after the 10 days lead time. Tried calling them (both numbers) but nobody picked up. I also left a voice mail but nobody got back to me. I ended up cancelling the order and used a different company instead (Seven Seas Worldwide) after reading one of the reviews here and everything was sorted out (boxes delivery and collection) within a week.

Couldve go lower but one star is minimum. AVOID AT ALL COST! LOOKING AT PREVIOUS GOOGLE REVIEW MAKES ME WONDERING HOW BAD ITS GONNA BE. BELIEVE ME, ITS ALL TRUE! The 10 days free collection is FAKE. Call few times a week before the day of collection also no pick up. Waited 10 days and no follow up nor notification for collection. Literally bad management. Now the box and unused box charged 25, said its refundable but no pickup how refund. Service is bad thats why it is cheap. Counted 10+ days before I leaving this country and end up hearing nothing, ruined all planning. So if you cant do it, please la stop advertising it. Not saying you dint come for collection, you dint pick up any phone also means you are doesnt show any commitment at all. With urgency, pleaseeeeeeeeeeee avoid this company at all cost. Nothing is guarantee even their guarantee collection services. This leaves no choice but to use other shipping company. Recommend Seven Sea international. Good services, reachable 24/7, good follow up with each confirmation and online portal to check your status. Called Saturday, came Monday to deliver free boxes and collected Tuesday. No headache at all.

if i have an option to put zero star on this review, i would. thats how bad edaran express (not sure whats the express stands for) with their TIMING, communication, and customer handling.

For THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT use their service. Multiple declared items went missing and follow ups leads to nowhere. Time spent waiting for an update for those missing items were better spent at working a minimum wages job to earn back what theyve claimed to be magically disappeared during the shipment.
