What idiot closes the Mancunian Way for 2 days on a Monday, busiest road in Manchester, for line painting, use your brains, u could of done this at night, you have gridlocked the whole city, time someone gave u a severe warning or maybe the sack

I joined the M62 west at Junction 29 from the M1 north and got warning signs of 60 mph after the entry tunnels. A few hundred yards further on the M62 I got 40 mph sign followed by a hundred yards are so ahead 60 mph followed by another sign for 50 mph Between junctions 28 and J27 we had 50 mph sighs but no hard shoulder but nothing in the hard shoulder.to justify this Are we dealing with trainee operators or can you give me a reason for this that seems to occur on a regular basis. Are you not there to keep traffic flowing not to cause unnecessary delays
