My 5 stars are for John - Security supervisor. We attended the blue October gig on Saturday the 29th April, we were queued up outside it was pouring down with rain he went above and beyond to help us walked out in the rain himself to see if everyone was ok and handed out ponchos to people myself included who got absolutely soaked in the down pour. He was well mannered very kind and polite but can easily have a laugh with him too. I felt safe comfortable and at ease during and after the gig.

A great place to see your favourite artist live. The 5 stars are all thanks to John. He goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service. While we were waiting outside in the biggest of rain storms he personally came out handing out waterproof ponchos to people, he is an absolute asset to the 02 ritz.

These 5 stars are for John - Security supervisor. What an absolute gent! Looked after us all so well on April 29th at Blue October, we actually FELT like VIP's for once. Made such a nice change after being treated so appallingly in London (02 forum Kentish town) the night before.
