        This is a lovely library and the staff are helpful but they are extremely loud in personal conversation, you don't expect to know what they had for dinner the previous evening and laughing and joking loudly. I even asked aren't we supposed to me mindful of the volume to which someone replied "no not anymore". I certainly wouldn't think I could concentrate on a book or work in here which is a shame. I appreciate people like to chat but the volume is unacceptable.

        The Avenue Library and Learning Centre, are excellent place for someone to learning and gain a new skills of education. They have the best choice of books and excellent staffs. I am very grateful that I have this library this area within a mile from me. I can honestly say when I have requested for help from any staff member when I have to use the internet or photocopy machine they have always been very polite and very helpful so thank you for your service.
