I spoke with a member of their team this morning and he was polite and very helpful. He asked me about what had happened and gave me the time to tell him what was wrong, when I got upset he was very understanding and offered chance of a break, hes spoke with his manager and came back saying they would like to take my case on, as its a Saturday and the solicitor was shut he made an appointment for them to ring next week, thank you for your help, sorry I dont remember your name. My head is a shed from all the medication.

Was very understanding , very polite ofestionalofeseasy to talk to service, thanks for understanding giving me time , as was bringing up alot of emotions, dealt with very professional services 5 from me thanks !!! First lady was professional solicitor very unprofessional should be sacked not seen one bit of evidence gave me no time to explain don't use this solicitors my honest opinion disgrace facts ! Didn't want put any stars but won't let me post otherwise that lady is horrible evil like the NHS!!!!

Quite disappointed , spoke to a nice member of staff called John who was very understanding and took all my details and the details of my issue with making a claim , he arranged a call back twice with a solicitor but i didn't receive any call ?? A message back of why not would of been appreciated especially after taking all my details
