    I don't believe they work in the clients best intrest especially when dealing with the government. I received a fraction of what what I should have received and still suffer today. Poor service and very poor advice

    Was involved in a motorcycle collision and they were charming ooh for about 2 weeks and that was it..nearly 5 years to get me sorted . They changed representation 3 times and on one occasion didn't even tell me so I heard nothing for a year. Ask a question not a problem we don't respond anyways. They have to be the most awful firm I have ever encountered. I never felt re-presented just stay away from them there are so many better firms out there.

    I had a car accident when I was very young and once it was noted down through the hospital or how ever the claims team find out it was absolutely horrible from there onwards. I had Zest Legal call back me about 20+ times and I decided to go with them as they were very caring on the phone, but from then onwards the service was terrible. I was so shocked at how rude they were and slow replies. I received piles and piles of letters from the company all from different names, I had 14 people look after my case and every time I went to contact them it was either they never picked up the phone or that they were always on lunch, I was advised I would get a call back but that never happened. The professional private doctor was a retired doctor that I had to visit for my medical examination as the hospital records was not enough as a older gentleman who lived in the middle of nowhere seen to me once. Once I arrived the Doctor took me to his back from and started the check over, this included me taking my top half off for him to examine my body. I did not feel comfortable with this but he was Adamant that he was able to find the injures I could not see after I explained all the areas and symptoms causing pain and discomfort. Once I left the doctors I didnt not here back from the company for 3 months after many attempts to call, after a year and a half they finally had all the paperwork needed to pursue the case even though the vehicle that was at fault for the accident insurance company contacted me to admit liability and was happy to pay out. After two and a half years it was ready to finally be paid out for this. Then once received the payout offer they also wrote in big bold letters that I should accept this offer as they are sure if I reject it I would get a lot less and would receive minimal as they would take there fees for all there Hard Work I accepted the first offer and then did not hear back for another 2 months, it had push me to my limits. They contact me for my banking details to make payment and once they confirmed over the phone that the payment was made I was never contacted or spoke to again. I appreciate I have moaned about this but to be quite frank with you this was the WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. Reading further reviews I am glad to hear that I am not the only one feeling this anger and frustration.

    One star is too much, a very incompetent business and that goes for the people working for them! My claim took 3 years to pay out and then with the Injury caused and the life changing difference the amount paid was disgusting I couldn't change company due to them threating me with a big charge! Everytime myself or my mother spoke to them they would speak to us in a disrespectful way making us feel like we was in the wrong with everything we said and basically making out we was lying about my symptoms despite my own consultant writing a totally different report to the doctor they had sent me to for a final report! My biggest mistake was going with this excuse of a Co pay the right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing! STAY WELL AWAY! this company needs to be looked into big time!
