This compamy represented me at stoke courts. I was in a road traffic accident and their attitude from the beginning was you wont win this case. Every single time we met we had the very awkward meeting They supposedly sent out dates and times i should have been at the court, but failed to inform me. This started 2020 just going in to covid. Eventually i was informed of the date and time. i won my case but the judge stated he would not award my solicitors fees as they could not get their act together. He totally tore strips off her and said how he was not prepared to award her anything. He awarded me my money to be paid to me in a couple of weeks time. On existing the court room the solicitor said you will get your money in a few months not weeks and left. I was awarded the money early Dec 2022 as of today 6th April i have requested my money several times and Claudia keeps telling me yes we have your money, send your bank details x4. How many times do i need to send you my bank details. You are not fit for purpose. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We were introduce to John Lord through a friend and so thankful we found Horwich Farrelly. We were in terrible battle with a builder who ignored our plans using cheap labour and materials resulting in work having to be redone over 3 years . We were assigned Zac Clough as our lawyer and he immediately impressed us with his knowledge and friendly manner . He had our backs all the way through a dreadful 2 year battlewith our builders solicitors. We cannot praise him enough for sorting out all the problems we had faced on this long negotiation process with our builder . .Zac listened to our problems with the build and nothing was too much trouble , always coming back to us quickly , sorting out problems , putting our minds at rest. Zac is very knowledgeable, tenacious and his advice resulted in our builder returning monies so we could repair all the many problems we had to face with our build. We have read the bad comments from other clients , from a few years ago about Horwich Farrelly but nothing could be further from the truth . They work as a team , very professional and they listen , especially our solicitor Zac who we cannot express how he looked after two very stressed clients who are now living happily in their dream house . Thank you Zac five stars well deserved we would give more if we could..
