        Very bad communication skills, they dont even answer the phones properly, just with hello so your not even sure at first if your talking to the right place, customers service skills 0- none havent been helpful on any level, would definatley not recommend, there are far more professional solicitors out there that's for sure.

        Absolutely disgusting service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these guys. Not friendly people. I had to continually ask to be updated about my case. They want to do minimum work for the money they get. They have caused me more stress then my actual accident. Avoid by all means!!! I wouldn't even give them one star if I had a choice!

        I totally agree with the last previous comments, the company is not professional, they will call you to sign the documents and after that no more news from them... When you call the office they cannot reach the person in charged of your case and would say that they will email him but it's all a lie. I cannot recommend them as the company!!! It looks like a scam to me...
