We used Saad Amjad at MS Law for selling our HMO. Saad was extremely professional, efficient and was excellent at providing regular communication throughout the transaction. Also very pro-active in looking to get matters closed when dealing with a less competent counter party on the buyers side. Refreshing to deal with a solicitor that just wants to get things done rather than dragging things out. Would highly recommend Saad and MS Law.

I dealt with Sharif Adam with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. The process was long due to two fallen sales, and a prolonged buyer, but Sharif was very patient and professional, and kept me updated throughout. He was very proactive and easy to deal with.
